Only users with the Data Administrator role can create a new application role.
1. Go to the Maintain Roles tab. Enter the new role name and save the role.
2. Enter the modules that the role can access and save.
3. The Insert All feature allows you to automatically insert subordinate modules. Enter a parent module, press the Insert All button, and all subordinate modules will be inserted for the parent role. The module access can then be assigned independently.
