The Composite Reported format includes data being retrieved in five columns; the year, the sample period, the value for the given year and period, a field denoting if the value is exceptional, and the number of samples.
The Composite Reported format is used when:
· the duration code is 'C'
· the report is being generated in reported units, or the report is being generated in standard units and the parameter is not a criteria pollutant
