DATA COMPLETENESS DETAIL REPORT (AMP430)

The Data Completeness Report summarizes the amount of data reported for pollutants by air quality monitors. It groups information by Reporting Organization and State.

If the monitor type selected is not effective for the complete user-specified time period, then the effective dates for the monitor type within the specified time period will be used to determine data completeness. This rule does not apply to total suspended particulate and lead monitors.

If the selected monitors are not effective for the complete user-specified time period, the monitors are not considered when Percent of Monitors Meeting Summary Criteria is determined.

If the selected monitor is valid for a partial month, the month will be flagged with an "&" and a footnote indicating partial month valid will appear on the report.

For lead and PM-10, Interval = '7', the required number of samples is based on the sampling frequency. For the most common sampling frequencies, i.e., those evenly divisible into 12, the number of scheduled samples in the NAMS monitoring schedule for that frequency is counted. For sampling frequencies '8', '9', or 'S', the number of scheduled samples per month from the Monitor record is used. For sampling frequency '5', 6 samples per month are required for each month except February, for which 5 samples are

required.

The monthly PM-10 data completeness is based on the valued strata for the sampling frequency divided by the number of scheduled samples for the sampling frequency (based on calendar days in the month.)

For daily parameters other than lead and PM-10, the expected number of daily samples entered by the user on the Report Options Screen is divided by the total number of report months to give the expected number of samples per month.
