EDT ID

An identification code indicating the Exceptional Data Type or Event Qualifier Code type for a raw or composite data point. "Concurrence" is a flag set by the EPA Region indicating agreement with the Exceptional Data qualifier. EDTs are represented with the following numeric values in many reports:

Events occurred during the summary period, and event-flagged data is included in the computed statistics (regardless of regional concurrence)

EVENTS INCLUDED

"EX" type event flagged data occurred during the summary period and is excluded from the computed statistics. Any "NAT" type event flagged data is included.

EXCEPTIONAL EVENTS EXCLUDED

"NAT" type event flagged data occurred during the summary period and is excluded from the computed statistics. Any "EX" type event flagged data is included.

NATURAL EVENTS EXCLUDED

Events (either EX or NAT) occurred during the summary period, and those that are Regionally Concurred are excluded from the computed statistics.

EVENTS WITH CONCURRENCE EXCLUDED

"EX" type event flagged data occurred during the summary period and Regionally Concurred data is excluded from the computed statistics. Any "NAT" type event flagged data is included.
