LOAD

1.     1. From the Batch Load tab of the Batch form the user can move a file from their system to the central AQS computer using CDX for transporting the data. CDX is a separate application accessed using the "CDX" button on the form.

2.     2. Once the data is transferred, click "Refresh CDX" to see the file in the upper list on the form.

3.     3. With the desired filename highlighted in the upper listing, click on the "Load File" button to start the load process. A popup will inform you once the load has started. The listing at the lower part of the form will show you the session status.

4.     4. Click on the "Refresh" button to see the current status of the running process. There is no automatic update of status. (If this is a large file you may wish to leave this form and do other work.)

5.     5. If the Session status returns "ERROR" you must view the Batch reports for the load or look at the error log emailed to you to determine what data needs to be repaired. Use the Correct forms to review and repair specific data problems.

6.     6. If data has been modified or created using the Correct forms, us the "Submit Correct D…" button to load all the corrected data owned by the Screening Group.

 

At this point, the user will be able to see the status of all of their jobs. They can then submit any changes to the data (by pressing the Submit Correct Data button) or view the critical review statistics (by pressing the Stats CR button) or post the data to production (by pressing the Post button). Viewing the statistics of critical review and posting data are only available for raw data.

The status of the current jobs are available to the user by looking on the form at the fields which show

Session Date

Oracle User ID

Session Status

Job Status

 

Note: The user may need to use the 'refresh' button on these forms to get the most up to the minute information on their jobs.
