<Enter Query> key and enter your criteria. Pressing the 
<Execute Query> key will display the specific Agency Role records. The Maintain Site Agency Roles tab allows you to insert or update production Agency Role data associated with the Site record that you selected in the Maintain Basic Site Data window. All existing Agency Role records are displayed when the window is opened. To display a specific Agency Role or group of Agency Role records associated with the current site press the <Enter Query> key and enter your criteria. Pressing the <Execute Query> key will display the specific Agency Role records.
Use the 
<Previous Record> (Up arrow) and 
<Next Record> (Down arrow) keys to scroll through the records you have queried.
Agency Role data can be inserted or updated in this module. Agency Role data is deleted through batch submittal.
To return to the Maintain Basic Site Data window, click on that tab.
This component consists of the following fields:
Types of roles performed by agencies in regard to air monitors (i.e., reporting, collecting, analyzing.)
A code to uniquely identify the agency responsible for the operation of the monitoring site.
Date that the agency began reporting for the monitor.
Date that the agency ceased reporting for the monitor.
