The Monthly format includes a table listing the month and year denoting a particular month in one column, the month’s value in second and a third column for denoting the value is exceptional.
The Monthly format is used when:
· the duration code is 8, 9 or D
· the report is being generated in reported units, or the report is being generated in standard units and the parameter is not a criteria pollutant
