Raw Data WF Parameters By Time (AMP460)

The Raw Data WF Parameters By Time Report is a tabular formatted ASCII character work file that retrieves and displays raw data values associated with selected monitors. The report’s primary intention is to provide data to be imported into third-party software for further analysis. No printable formatted report is available.

The Format of the report is totally dependent on the report options selected

The following data elements appear within the Toxics Report:

Site ID & POC – The FIPS state code, FIPS county code, and 4-digit site ID for an air-monitoring site that has reported data. The POC, (Parameter Occurrence Code), for a monitor at the site that has reported data. This column will always appear on the report in the first column.

Date – The date and time of a sample. The format of the date will YYYYMMDD:HH24. This column will always appear on the report in the second column.

Latitude – The latitudinal coordinate for the site expressed in terms of +/- DD.MMMMMM. This is an optional column that must be selected by the user in order to appear on the report.

Longitude – The longitudinal coordinate for the site expressed in terms of +/- DDD.MMMMMM. This is an optional column that must be selected by the user in order to appear on the report.

Elevation Above MSL – Distance (in meters) the site is located above mean sea level (MSL). This is an optional column that must be selected by the user in order to appear on the report.

MSA Code & Description – FIPS standard 4-digit Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) code and description. The Code and Descriptions will be separated by a dash ("-").

CMSA Code & Description – FIPS standard 4-digit Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area (CMSA) code and description. The Code and Descriptions will be separated by a dash ("-").

Parameter Code & Parameter Description- The parameter code associated with the monitor that is located at the given Site and POC. The values in this column are the sample values collected by the monitor for the given Date. The values of the samples are in terms of the standard or reported unit of measure for the parameter, as designated by the user. If the use selected STANDARD units, the standard unit code will appear in parenthesis as the end of the parameter description. If REPORTED units are selected, a reported unit column will appear next to the selected value. The parameters that appear in the report are those that were selected by the user. The parameters will appear in the columns in parameter code order. Every report will have a minimum of 1 parameter code displayed.

Qualifiers (Value associated with the raw data point) – If selected, a flag will appear next to the sample value to which it applies. Only the flag that appears with the raw data point should appear in the work file. If the qualifier has been regionally concurred, the value will appear in upper case. If the region has not concurred with the event, an asterisk ("*") will appear in lieu of the qualifier. If the region has not made a determination on the qualifier, the value will appear in lower case.

Trip Blanks Data – If selected, the value that was captured during a trip blank.

Trip Blanks Method – If selected, the methodology associated with the value that was captured during a trip blank.

Field Blanks Data – If selected, the value that was captured during a field blank.

Field Blanks Method – If selected, the methodology associated with the value that was captured during a field blank.

Method Code – If selected, the code that represents the sampling technique and equipment used to obtain the sample will appear to the right of the sample value to which it belongs.

MDL – If selected, the minimum value that can be detected by the instrument expressed in terms of the standard unit of measure associated with the parameter.

Uncertainty – If selected, the measure of uncertainty associated with the sample value expressed in terms of the standard unit of measure for the parameter. The value will appear to the right of the sample value to which it applies.
