The Composite Standard format includes data being retrieved in six columns; the year, the sample period, the value for the given year and period, the quarter, the quarterly mean, and the number of samples.
The Composite Standard format is used when:
· the report is being generated in standard units
· the duration code is C
· the parameter is a criteria pollutant
· the source is raw data
