The Monitor Description Report (AMP380) is on of the reports available from the Report Criteria Form. After selecting Report Code AMP380 the user can select a date range, geographical parameters, and the format in to which to print report. The Report lists geographical, historical, and other characteristics of air quality monitors. The report always has a description for each selected monitor. The records being retrieved can be sorted by City Code, County Code, EPA Region, MSA Code, site Code, State_Code or /and UAR Code.
