The Correct Site Basic form provides the capability to correct Site data that failed at least one table constraint validation and therefore could not be inserted into the production tables.

This form will display the erroneous site data and any associated errors for the currently selected data record.
The Correct Sites screen allows the user to query and correct any data associated with the user’s Screening Group.
Data may be inserted, updated or deleted on this form.
This component consists of the following fields:
Tribal Indicator. Only visible in Tribal Mode. The first position in the data line, set to "TT", it indicates that the following field contains a Tribal Code rather than a County Code. If the Screening Group has non-tribal data entered this column will have the State Code.
Only visible in Tribal Mode. A FIPS code that identifies one of the federally recognized Native American tribal agencies when the Tribal Ind is set to "TT". If your Screening Group also has non-tribal data this column will contain the County Code.
A FIPS code that identifies one of the 50 US states. May also indicate a Tribal Area (TT) or other country such as Canada (CC) or Mexico (80).
A FIPS code that identifies a county or the equivalent geo-political entity, such as a parish or independent city. May also be a Tribal Area, Canadian Province or Mexican State.
Number used to uniquely identify a site within a county. Defined and maintained by the states or Tribal agencies. When this is a Tribal site care must be taken to ensure that the site ID is unique not only in the Tribal Area but also in all of the counties that the tribal area includes or crosses.
Indicates the type of action ('I'nsert, 'U'pdate or' D'elete) represented by the transaction.
The date on which a data set is first processed by the load/edit/update process.
The latitude for a site transaction.
The longitude for a site transaction.
The UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator) zone number for a site transaction. The Universal Transverse Mercator is a grid system based on the transverse macerator projection, applied between latitudes 84 degrees north and 80 degrees south on the Earth's surface.
The UTM Easting measurement for a site transaction. The value added to all "x" values in the rectangular coordinates for a map projection. This value frequently is assigned to eliminate negative numbers. Expressed in the unit of measure identified in Planar Coordinate Units.
The UTM Northing measurement for a site transaction. The value added to all "y" values in the rectangular coordinates for a map projection. This value frequently is assigned to eliminate negative numbers. Expressed in the unit of measure identified in Planar Coordinate Units.
Code identifying a method used to determine latitude and longitude.
A description of the reference datum used to determine a latitude/longitude reading.
The LDP source scale code for a site transaction. This describes the scale used in determining the latitude and longitude.
Description of the accuracy as a range of the latitude/longitude reported in meters. Only the least accurate measurement needs to be recorded whether is latitude or longitude.
The elevation in meters above or below Mean Sea Level (MSL) of the site.
The difference with Greenwich Mean Time for a site transaction.
The code to uniquely identify the agency responsible for the operation of the monitoring site.
The street address for a site transaction.
A FIPS code to uniquely identify the city within whose legal boundaries the site is located.
A code indicating in which of the established urbanized areas the site is located.
An EPA-defined area, whose full name is Air Quality Control Region, that comprises a group of counties that share common geographical or pollutant concentration characteristics based on a common pollutant source.
The land use code for a site transaction.
The location setting code for a site transaction.
The established date for a site transaction.
The termination date for a site transaction.
The zip code for a site transaction.
The congressional district number for a site transaction.
The block number for a site transaction.
A numeric identifier assigned by the US Census Bureau to identify a Block Group. The identifier is unique within a census tract or blocking number area.
A numeric identifier assigned by the US Census Bureau to identify a Census Tract or Blocking Number Area. The identifier is unique within a county.
The Class 1 area code for a site transaction. A "Class 1" area is a geographic area recognized by the EPA as being of the highest environmental quality and requiring maximum protection.
A code identifying a state-based geographical air quality area. Includes California air basins.
The local site name for a site transaction.
The date of the most recent headquarters evaluation of the site.
The date of the last evaluation by the appropriate EPA regional office.
The central business district compass sector for a site transaction.
The distance in kilometers of the site from the center of the downtown central business district of the city in which the site is located.
A description for a meteorological station identified with a monitor.
A FIPS code that identifies one of the 50 states or other countries.
The distance of the associated meteorological site from the air quality monitoring site, in meters. This information is required if the site has monitors that are part of a PAMS network. Also, the associated site need not be an AIRS site.
The MET site compass sector for a site transaction.
The local site identifier for a site transaction.
Indicates whether a transaction is to be excluded from edit check processing.
Date on which the exclusion indicator was set.
