The Frequency Distribution Report presents a statistical summary of the data reported by air quality monitors. The data are extracted from the AIRS Summary File. The report presents descriptive information about each selected AIRS monitoring site and statistical summary data for each selected monitor and time period. The body of the report presents the statistical data for selected monitors and years or quarters. Each page has the data for a monitoring site. Descriptive site information appears at the top of the page, followed by the statistical summary data for each of the site's selected monitors and years or quarters. Usually there is one line in the report body for each year or quarter, but if exceptional events data were reported, there are two lines. They show the summary statistics based on inclusion and exclusion of the exceptional events data. An "E" in the second column of the report ("EXC EVT") identifies a line based on inclusion of the exceptional events data.
