Maintain Precision Data

The Maintain Precision Data window allows you to view/update all Precision data.

To display the Precision Data records, enter the Query Criteria (State, County, Site, Parameter, POC, Optional Begin and End date) and press <Execute Query> key. By default, the form is expecting you to enter selection criteria.

If you wish to enter new Precision data into the form you must do one of three things:

·      <Cancel Query> will take you out of Enter Query mode and allow you to type new Precision data into the various fields.

·       Enter Query Criteria and Press <Execute Query>. This retrieves records if there are any. <Insert Record> will give you a blank form that will accept data.

·       Enter Query Criteria and Press <Execute Query>. This retrieves records if there are any. <Insert Record> will give you a blank form that will accept data.

Press <Duplicate Record>, which duplicates the previous record. Since Precision ID should be Unique, enter a new Precision ID and save the Record.
