The Retrieve Report tab allows you to view recent reports.
This is particularly valuable as it is the only way to view an online report after you have exited the Report Progress popup.
Every report generated is preserved for a time on the system in an area called the REPORT_REQUESTS table. The reports can be retrieved for review or printing as needed.
Reports are retrieved by clicking on and highlighting the desired report in the list and then clicking on the button.
Once the tab is opened the status of reports will not be refreshed. Use to update the view to the latest status. Note that all reports submitted under your user name are displayed.
Any report in the correct state may be stopped from this form. Highlight the desired report line and use to Cancel the report. This is an important step to take when a large amount of data has been selected and the report is not needed. Canceling unneeded reports frees up resources.
will also free up resources though it is not required. This report listing will periodically be cleaned up as a part of routine maintenance. Do not expect reports in this list to remain available for extended periods.
