The Report Progress popup appears whenever a report is generated with the Run Online option set on the Criteria Set tab.
The Progress bar and Percent Complete show progress for each Stage shown in the Report Stage. The progress bar and percent is not a cumulative report.
There are 3 – 5 stages depending on the report. Each stage will go to 100 percent before moving on to the next stage.
The progress display is updated at fixed intervals. will allow you to see progress without waiting for the fixed interval.
will cancel the report if it is possible to do so. When reports are in a state where it is not possible to cancel them you will get a message. Waiting 5 seconds may move the report to a cancelable state. the Retrieve Reports tab also has a Cancel Report button that works on both online and batch reports.
will close the Report Progress window. You will then be able to use AQS for other activities while the report is being created. This DOES NOT cancel the report. Going to the Retrieve Reports tab will allow you to call up the report once it is completed. This is the only way to see the report once you exit this popup. The report will not automatically be displayed in a new window once the Report Progress popup is abandoned.
