Standard reports are reports that have a pre-set format but which can be altered by providing different criteria information. Criteria information is details such as geographical, pollutant, and date range specifications used to select the data reported. These reports provide various site, monitor or raw data type information.
The Standard Report Criteria Selection form is used to manage and specify report outputs and data selection criteria. It is designed to allow you to specify "ad-hoc" queries for standard report output.
1. 1. From the Main Menu, click on Retrieval > Standard Report Selection
2. 2. On the Criteria Set tab of the form:
· · Chose a report code from the list of values displayed.
· · Chose output direction.
· · Chose Report Selection Mode
3. 3. Enter selection criteria in one of the selection tabs of the form
4. 4. Modify Sort Order and Report options as appropriate
5. 5. Generate Report
· · Please limit the scope of your data searches as much as possible. The broader the selection criteria the longer the report will take to generate and the more pages it will generate.
· · If you have inadvertently created a report that is considerably larger than your need please Cancel the report. This can be done from the Report Progress popup for online reports and from the Retrieve Reports for any report.
· · Each report has unique requirements and allowed criteria. Only those features and criteria available for a selected report will be made available on the form. If tabs are grayed out or fields are invisible, they are not available for that particular report.
· · Table of report selection options
· · Table of reports sorting options
· · Table of report output options.
· · There is a minimum set of criteria to specify for each report. You will be prompted for missing criteria if you attempt to generate the report.
· · The
will execute the requested report (or cause a prompt for missing data). The function of the button is the same wherever it appears.
· ·
will open a new browser window for The EPA Central Data Exchange (CDX). CDX is a data transfer agent used by the EPA and interfaces with AQS. It is not a part of AQS.
· · The production AQS system has monitor summary data since 1957 and only contains raw data for the past decade. Do not expect raw data reports for older data.
