The Maintain Basic Site Data window allows you to view/update all site data belonging to you. To display the Site records press the
<Execute Query> key. To display a specific site or group of sites press the
<Enter Query> key and enter your criteria. Pressing the
<Execute Query> key after entering selection criteria will display the specific Site records.
By default, the form is expecting you to enter selection criteria. If you wish to enter new Site data into the form you must do one of two things:
· · <Cancel Query>
will take you out of Enter Query mode and allow you to type new site data into the various fields.
· · <Insert Record>
will give you a blank form that will accept data. This is often used when you already have a selection of records called by <Execute Query>
Whenever data is selected and displayed in the form you have no control over the order in which the site records are presented.
Use the
<Previous Record> (Up arrow) and
<Next Record> (Down arrow) keys to scroll through the records you have queried.
Site data is deleted through batch submittal. Sites cannot be deleted once monitors with raw data have been created.
To maintain the associated Tangent Road, Open Path, Agency Roles, or Comments data associated with the selected Site record, press the corresponding button on the bottom of the window.
