Congressional District Number

Description

The US congressional district in which the monitor resides.

If the monitor is in a geographic area without mutlitple congressional districts (e.g., an at large area), the value is set to 0 (zero).

Business Rules

Must be a number.

Must be a valid district within the state. All states have 0 and 1 as a valid disctrict number.
