AA - Site Basic

This transactions contains the primary (basic) information defining a site. This is primarily geophysical information. Where possible, the provided latitude and longitude are used to look up at the Census Bureau geodatabase and populate with the values we get from there. If data is provided in the transaction, it will override what AQS gets from the Census Bureau.
