Measurement Uncertainty

The total measurement uncertainty associated with a reported measurement as indicated by the reporting agency. This includes method uncertainty, both the analytical and the volume uncertainty. No blank corrections are assumed (other than laboratory baseline corrections which are an integral part of each analysis). Uncertainty should be reported in the same units of measure as the Sample Value.
