Required Collection Frequency Code

Description

The code representing the Required Collection Frequency (how often a sample must be collected) of the monitor. Mandatory for Photochemical Assessment Monitoring System (PAMS) organic compound, PM2.5, and PM10 monitors.

Business Rules

Required for PM2.5, PM10, and Photochemical Assessment Monitoring System (PAMS) organic compounds.

Allowable codes depend on the associated parameter. RCF Code must be ‘1’, ‘3’, ‘6’, or ‘S’ if Parameter is ‘88101’. RCF Code must be in the range ‘A’ through ‘Q’ for PAMS paramters.

Must be a valid RCF code.

Must exist on the Protocols table in combination with: parameter code, method code, sample duration code, unit code, and composite type code.
